Tis an excellent tune, and I often still get misty-eyed at it's sweetness.Matthew Cordellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17494925509619557578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7692418911896216064.post-1147986430122081192008-10-28T17:22:00.000-05:002008-10-28T17:22:00.000-05:00Felt the need to chime in on your love of Forever ...Felt the need to chime in on your love of Forever Young. My husband and I recently celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary. Forever Young by Bob Dylan was our song choice to be played during our wedding ceremony. A very good friend played it on his acoustical guitar. Bob Dylan was and still is one of our favorites. When we listen to Bob Dylan we listen on our old vinyl albums, scratches and all. It is one of the all time great songs and I'm very happy to see someone of the younger generation than my husband and I have such an appreciation for the tune. <BR/> You should write out the lyrics, frame it and hang it in your babies room. Great words with which to raise a child. <BR/> Sorry, didn't mean to ramble on but this brought back very sweet, loving memories for me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7692418911896216064.post-49314588510866182892008-10-28T12:09:00.000-05:002008-10-28T12:09:00.000-05:00Yeah, I'm totally jealous!Yeah, I'm totally jealous!Matthew Cordellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17494925509619557578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7692418911896216064.post-52781107166349518482008-10-28T12:08:00.000-05:002008-10-28T12:08:00.000-05:00"May you build a ladder to the stars/And climb on ..."May you build a ladder to the stars/And climb on every rung."<BR/><BR/>I swear, I hoped to see you illustrate that line since we first talked about Dylan, back in the day, when this madcap affair first began.James Prellerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01342728812342563278noreply@blogger.com
